LEGACY

LEGACY
A Novella by Brandon P. Sam

Four siblings.
One powerful patriarch.
A family on the edge of collapse.

When Don Victor Santiago falls gravely ill, his four children return to the family estate—each carrying their own wounds, secrets, and unspoken plans. Isabel, the eldest, hides control behind poise. Marcy, the rebellious second-born, claims she’s only back for the wine and the will—but she’s drowning in debt and desperate for her share. Gabby, the quiet son their father exiled for being gay, returns to a house that once cast him out. And Paeng, the golden youngest, is determined to keep the family from falling apart—even as betrayal creeps in from all sides.

But secrets don’t stay buried.
And in the Santiago family, loyalty has a price.

“Ang pamilya ay parang digmaan—walang tunay na panalo.”

Legacy is a slow-burn Taglish family drama steeped in betrayal, identity, and the dangerous weight of what we inherit.
