8vo; Book has no names, pages unmarked, text portion is 112 pages, followed 64 pages of woodcuts, bound in vellum with copper clasps, cover illustrated in black on white, stain on the back about 2 x 1 inch, white vellum is uniformly soiled, chip out of the spine at the bottom of 1/2 x 1/2 inch, bottom rear gutter has a 2 inch crack, copper clasps are intact and functional, hand laid paper with uncut edges, some some folds not cut. No. 216 of the edition.
