344p. FINE BINDING IN FULL TREE CALF. A hardcover book attractively bound in full golden-brown leather with gilt decorations on the spine and boards. Features gilt foredges and marbled endpapers with gilt dentelles. Essentially fine condition, with only some slight rubbing along the edges of the spine and at the corners. Pencil signature of an early owner on the first blank endpaper, dated 1873. The plates have faded onto the facing pages. Otherwise, text unmarked, pages crisp and smooth, and binding secure. Priority shipping is $15.00 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $7.00 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation. Our shipping prices may be higher than others but consider that all items are carefully wrapped in bubblewrap, cushioning material, and secure packaging - you won't receive a book dropped into a plain paper envelope!
