337, 279 pp. Maps double-paginated with blank backs. Elephant Folio 15.5 x 21', royal blue cloth, gilt stamped title to spines and front covers. Color political maps, monochrome B/W land and Turquoise water maps of full states and continents. Covers sooted with some lingering cigarette smoke, tips worn, reinforced library bindings show some play but still sound. Interior contents are all clean and bright.
