The LIFE of Martin (Volume 1)

After awaking in a lifeboat out at sea, Martin remembers nothing. He has developed retrograde amnesia and everything around him is unknown. When he reaches the shore, he begins his journey to hunt for his past. This search will lead him through countless trials as he learns to come to terms with the horror that is his life. Martin will fight perpetually for any form of security, for endless conflict awaits him around every corner of his mind. It is a battle of a man versus his own life as Martin treks through happiness, pain, power, wealth, confusion, grief, and evil. In a life of so many twists and turns, will Martin ever find the truth?

Growing up outside rural Alberton, Montana, Alec's youth was spent in the mountains and woods, dreaming up new adventures. Pair that with the rugged individualism of a Montanan and the self-inquiring soul of an introvert, and you will have the makings of the mind behind The LIFE of Martin and its sequel, Monstrosities of LIFE. Alec has spent the vast majority of his life delving into the complexities and truths art can offer us about our human condition and the unsearchable realities of our world. Whether through film-making, writing, acting, storytelling, or philosophy, this author loves exploring the creative heart, anchoring this pursuit with his studies of Business Management at the University of Montana. Becoming a self-published author at the ripe age of 16, Alec wears his desire to share his experience of encountering life and truth on his sleeve.
