LINCOLN'S DOUBLE FRIEND OR FOE

A Confederate soldier. A Union president. An impossible mission.

Frank Fox, a tall, soft-spoken Confederate, is tasked with kidnapping Abraham Lincoln to negotiate peace—but the plan collapses, leaving him imprisoned. Instead of the tyrant he expects, Lincoln offers Fox a chance to serve as his double at public events, keeping him safe from assassins. As Fox navigates the dangerous world of espionage, war, and loyalty, he forms an unlikely bond with the president, confronts deadly conspiracies, and grapples with his faith and moral compass.

From the battlefields of the Civil War to the corridors of power, Frank Fox explores courage, sacrifice, and the haunting cost of war on both the nation and the individual.
