Published in 1966, this is the second edition of this book of photographs of London originally published in 1957, this example was a presentation copy from the then Lord Mayor of London Sir Charles Trinder, bound in a full Morocco leather binding bound by Zaehnsdorf , with gilt page edges, gilt dentelles to the turn ins, marbled endpapers. The book was presented to J. W. H. Hodgson O.B.E. as a golf prize. Apart from some mild darkening to the leather, the binding is in very good condition. internally contents nice and clean. A beautifully bound example of this book of photographs of 1950s London, with a nice London association. Book is large and heavy, overseas shipping costs may be slightly higher than the basic standard quote.
