About the Author

John Machell QC is a barrister at Serle Court in Lincoln's Inn. His main areas of work are Chancery and commercial law (both contentious and non-contentious) including partnerships and LLPs, general commercial and contractual disputes including fraud, fiduciary duty and guarantees.
