Jean-Pierre Courivaud vit à Lille avec sa femme et leurs trois enfants. Il est enseignant et, parallèlement, il écrit des récits pour la jeunesse.
Éric Gasté habite à Toulouse. Il a été graphiste à Bayard Presse. Aujourd'hui, il vit de son travail d'illustrateur, pour des histoires destinées aux plus jeunes. Chez Bayard, il illustre notamment la série "Victor Big Boum".
