Montréal, Lovell Printing and Publishing Company, corrected to 20th June 1876, original hardcover with leather spine, about 8 3/4 X 6 inches, 863 pages, illustrated with numerous ads, one in colors facing title page. The cover is in Good condition ; clean and solid, showing some edge wear to boards, two small pieces are missing to spinal extremities, and it has some light rubbing to spinal edges. We also must mention some small pieces of paper missing from the front panel and some light water stains, please see images for more details The strip cloth made for hanging up the book is present but almost entirely cut in the middle. Interior in VERY GOOD condition; clean, tight and solid, without any noticeable flaw except for two small stamps on first endpaper, a few unnoticeable wear here and there, and an institutional stamp on each page edges.
