Biografia del patriota e anarchico Amilcare Cipriani (Anzio 1844 - Parigi 1918) pubblicata tra i �supplementi rossi� del periodico di Paolo Valera, �La Folla�, nel 1913, quando Cipriani fu candidato dal Partito Socialista nel collegio VI di Milano - eletto l'anno successivo, non pot� entrare a Montecitorio perch� rifiut� di prestare giuramento. Il Valera, portavoce di Cipriani in Italia, gli aveva gi� dedicato un pi� breve supplemento de La Folla all'inizio del Secolo; le notizie biografiche sono accompagnate da alcuni brani di Amilcare Cipriani: una nota all'autore che autorizza la pubblicazione, il Diario da Rimini a Portolongone (dove fu tra il 1881 e il 1888 il detenuto 2403) e una memoria della deportazione in Nuova Caledonia a bordo della Danae (1872, per la partecipazione alla Comune parigina).
