Pitman & Sons (New York), 7 5/8 x 9 7/8 inches tall black cloth hardcover, no dust jacket, ornate gilt design and gilt and red lettering to front cover and spine, 45 pp. plus 36 unnumbered leaves of half-tone and collotype plates with tissue guards. Slight to moderate soiling, rubbing and edgewear to covers, with bumping to all four tips and slight fraying to spine caps. A withdrawn UK library copy, with a call number to the spine, and a circular library stamp to the many pages with plates.
