Terza edizione ampliata e corretta di questo vasto repertorio sulla cucina inglese della quale propone 1650 ricette. L'autrice illustra le opzioni di menu che vanno dalle cene in famiglia ai banchetti con quasi venti portate. Presenta numerose ricette di carni pregiate, approfondimenti sulla preparazione delle salse e anche un lungo excursus su spezie e condimenti.
