abroad will be shipped as so-called �priority�, since surface, or as abe calls
it, �standard�, is uninsurable, untrackable, slow, and not particularly cheaper
anymore. For larger sets we will obtain on-line shipping quotes. We charge just
what it costs, there is no packing charge. We use all recycled cardboard, and
pack each item individually and with care to fit the book.
