This is a near fine second edition copy of the Lambeth Method of Cake Decoration and Practical Pastries by Joseph Lambeth. This listing also comes with the Lambeth Supplement to Cake Decoration & Practical Pastries, a separate 48 page book supplement with additional recipes and photos. The main book is in near find condition with barely an shelf wear and appears to have rarely, if ever, been used. The supplement meanwhile is in very good condition with some spotting on the red cloth and gilt cover. Both books are filled with recipes and black and white photos of the cakes and pastries. Together, the two books are a comprehensive look at cakes and pastries from 1937.

In the event of a damage product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item to reporant and shipping damage. It is important that the buyer and/or recipient rtian all boxes and shipping materials, and photograph all materials as the actual boxes and labels may need to be presented to a local FedEx for evaluation, and the photographs will need to be emailed to us for additional evaluation. Failure to do so will void postal insurance. We will assist buyers in completing paperwork for insurance claims where able.
