Synopsis
The Land of the Living book series continues with book 2 titled "LAND OF DEATH AND DESTINY." James Creed, the man who can travel through time using his mind as a weapon, continues his journey in the town of Hartford, CT, in the year 1944, where he takes over the body of a young police officer. A young nurse helps him escape from his nemesis Dearborn, and guides him to find the answers he needs to stop a circus fire intended to kill many, and play a part in changing the future as we know it. He continues his journey in the year 1985, where together with Sara, the woman he loves and whose life he saved in "Land of The Living," as they try to find the answers they need to save the future. Get a glimpse of the year 2035, where his son Michael battles a new nemesis behind the master plan to kill half the population, and control the world. All the while, another dark figure emerges from the shadows to offer James a deal he can’t refuse. About the Author
James Pinard is a writer of books, screenplays, graphic novels and poetry. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he currently resides in Orlando, FL. He has two beautiful children Michael and Ariel who inspired characters in his latest creation, "LAND OF THE LIVING." Books 2 and 3 in the series titled "LAND OF DEATH AND DESTINY" and "LAND OF SHADOWS AND LIGHT" will both be released in 2018. The book series "LAND OF THE LIVING" began as a labor of love on a subject matter that is close to his heart. One of his favorite subjects is time travel and his favorite decade is the eighties. After having lost both his parents and his sister, he decided to come up with a story about traveling to the 1980's to see them again. The story just grew from there and the rest as we say is history.
