Dr. John A. Weber is an Emeritus Professor of Marketing, University of Notre Dame, where, for the past 48 years, he has been helping his students land their dream jobs in marketing. Over the years, with help from an array of recruiters and hiring managers, he has been developing and refining the systematic process presented in this book. 
Kate E. Ferrara is a recent graduate of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. There, among many other professors, she studied under Professor Weber and both learned and used the very processes described in this book to help capture her dream job as a Marketing Analyst in the marketing effectiveness division of Nielsen Corporation.
