She explored varied fields of anthropological interest like women studies, regionalism, folk tradition, cultural syncretism and so on. She has a number of publications in reputed journals and books. She has one book and a number ofedited books in her credit. Krishna Mandai, is exposed to a vast area of research in different parts of India including Andaman Islands. She worked under various National projects like People of India, Traditional Knowledge System, and village studies and so on and has a good number of publications in her credit. K.M. Sinha Roy is an anthropologist by profession with specialization in Social/Cultural Anthropology. He has done empirical research among the tribes and nontribal communities of India including Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Sikkim. He has several published papers in his credit. Janak Kumari Shrivastava is Psychologist by training. She has a number of research publications in journals of repute. She is one of the members of Editorial Board in 'Uttar Pradesh Journal of Social Science'.
