The photography of The Landscape Designs of Doyle Herman Design Associates will engage trained and untrained eyes alike, regardless of readers' knowledge of landscape design. This is, however, much more than a picture book. Doyle and Herman's approach to each project is thoroughly explained, and allows the reader to delve as deeply as they choose into the theories behind each composition and perhaps glean some ideas about gardens and more.
