4to [26 x 19 cm]; [xii], 180 pp, frontis, illustrations and plates, from photos, garden plans, index. original pictorial cloth with embossed color photo, gilt title lettering on spine and cover, corners a bit rubbed but a clean and fine, unmarked copy, covers bright. A very well-illustrated and highly useful work on landscaping including chapters on style, vines as harmonizers, vistas good and bad, boundaries, entrances and gateways, use of trees and shrubs, flowers, winter gardens, garden structures and furniture, accessories, etc. A picture of this book is available on request.

Prices are in US funds, shipping/insurance extra, we ship world-wide & securely wrap and pack all books. There is no handling charge and shipping is at cost. We ship by post office, UPS, FedEx, etc. Payment by US check on US bank, US international money order, Paypal, credit card via a secure server (do not email cc details), or wire transfer to our bank. Shipping costs include packing, wrapping. All books are wrapped and packed securely in several layers. The shipping costs shown here by ABE are only for light books weighing under 1 kilogram or 2 pounds and do not reflect the actual cost. For heavier books or more valuable books requiring extra insurance, especially when shipped internationally, there may be an extra cost. We will contact you quoting the total shipping cost by surface or air mail and you can decide. Please note that shipping costs are beyond our control.
