Reprinted from the Early Editions with Explanatory Notes, &c., Portraits and Original Engravings, Frederick Warne and Co., London, circa 1875, 635 pp, prize navy leather, 7.5 x 5 , 12mo. In good condition. Light wear to extremities with minor scuffing to corners and endbands. Light abrasions to spine, particularly to raised bands. Light fading to edges and spine. Seal of Clarendon House Kennington on front board, center. Gilt finishing bright and clean. All edges gilt. Presentation plate to W.R. Wood for his improvement in Geography dated Xmas 1875. Offsetting to plate from marbled fly leaf. Tissue guard on frontis is torn and stained. Text is lightly toned with minimal foxing. Free of known markings. Binding tight and intact. Please see photos.
