Last Exit for Deception

Two years have passed since Cape May, America's oldest seaside resort, was shaken by a string of murders that reached into the upper echelons of the town's social elite. For the citizens who live there, and the thousands of visitors that come there every summer, the Victorian resort has returned to being the peaceful place they love so much. That all changes when a troubled war hero and son of Cape May is murdered in the very shadow of Cape May’s iconic lighthouse.

In this eagerly awaited follow-up to G. W. Conklin's first mystery, Last Exit for Betrayal, Chief of Police Porter Benjamin and his team of detectives are once again confronted by an evil that will stop at nothing in its greed. They soon discover that even those who have entrusted them with the safety of their beloved community become obstacles in their battle to solve the crime and restore peace to their quiet home by the sea.
