The keeper who fed the last bird every morning. The fisherman who killed the last breeding pair for a collector. The caretaker who found the body after forty years of daily vigil. The person whose hands were closest to the end.

Every book is grounded in the documented record — real dates, real places, real animals. Where the record is silent, the books create plausible, emotionally truthful fiction. You will never be sure where the science ends and the invention begins.

Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence.
