First Edition. "The story of Rockefeller Center, a city within a city, as told at the ceremony in which John D. Rockefeller, Jr., drove the last rivet of the last building, November 1, 1939." A nice piece of New Yorkiana. Solid and VG in its cloth-backed green felt panels. Silver "rivet" design at the front panel and bright silver lettering along the spine. Very light scuffing to the panels but still clean and very presentable. Quarto, 45 pgs. Beautiful "rivet" themed endpapers.
