The Last Temptations is considered to be one of the most important Finnish operas, and documents the life of folk preacher Paavo Ruotsalainen in the late 18th/early 19th centuries (Wikipedia). Joonas Kokkonen was a 20th century Finnish composer who composed chamber music as well as several symphonies. GOOD condition. Covers curling along the fore edge. Minor scuffing and edgewear. Small price sticker on the rear cover. Some toning to the paper, with very minor foxing to the upper corners of a few pages. A few leaves from the Met Opera House performance laid in.
