Rubbing and light scuffing to covers, some light toning and soil. Light bumping to edge of covers, with creasing to corners. Adhesive residue to spine, which appears to have once been covered with cloth tape. Previous owner's name on upper corner of front cover. Light toning with occasional soil and some light foxing to first and last pages. Some light pencil to the four pages of plans at the end of the booklet. Binding firm. . Soft Cover. Very Good-.
