Queen's Bench Division and on appeal therefrom in the Court of appeal, decisions on crown cases reserved and decisions of the Railway and Canal Commission. Binding at front cover is slightly loosened. Binding at back cover is in fair condition. Covers are scuffed and marked, particularly at the corners and edges. The backstrip is scuffed and faded and torn at the top and base. Pages are clean. This book has hardback covers. Ex-library. With owner's name inside cover.
