About the Author:

B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow, (U.P.) and currently pursuing Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) at National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, (Jharkhand). He was awarded with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2013 by University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
