Leader Relativity: Finally a Starting Point for New Leaders

Becoming a leader has never been this easy.

Leader Relativity was written with just one goal in mind - helping people like you take their first steps into leadership.

To guide you through the all too common moments of 'oh crap, wtf am I doing?' that start to creep in at the beginning. Leader Relativity is without question the most simplified version of leadership to ever be put on paper, and through real world examples, it outlines in detail how regular people become extraordinary leaders.

There are no pre-requisites to being a leader. It doesn't matter what your job title is, how many years of experience you have, or the amount of power you hold - anyone can be an extraordinary leader once they understand what it means to truly follow someone else.
People will walk through fire to follow you if they know you truly care about them. That's what leadership is. And that's who you're about to become.

Joe Reichert is a TEDx speaker, an aerospace program manager, and a leadership coach at a Fortune 500 company. He is a former college football national champion, and one of the youngest head coaches in USARL history. He has created multiple leadership development programs, and holds the record for most executives pissed off in a single meeting. He aspires to make leadership so simple that his services are no longer needed, then live out his days as a hermit with his wife and dog in the mountains, never to open another email again.
