About the Author
Gene Morton has 30 years of experience developing leaders and consulting through organization development and leadership system redesign. Building on his M.A. in Industrial Psychology, and advanced training in organization development, he designed novel change models leaders use to complete their performance enhancing reorganizations and mergers.
