Ed retired from BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) where he was worldwide VP of talent management and CLO. Ed served on ASTD's Board from 2004 to 2007. Lisa M. D. Owens is a learning expert who applies learning sciences and instructional design methodology to training programs that move businesses forward. During her 32-year career at Procter & Gamble, she was a leading training professional, and dean of P&G's R&D University. Sue Todd is chief strategy officer at CorpU. She works with faculty at Wharton, IESE, and MIT to adapt executive education programs to the practical needs of leaders.
