Leadership is leadership regardless of the type of organization in which it takes place. Trying to define the term leadership has become so complex yet is so simple. The purpose of this book is to define and describe leadership using the analogy of a ship through Biblical examples and project management concepts. These Biblical examples are depicted, and explanation is given on how the ship is a symbol or representation of the Church. Practical tips are described to encourage leaders to adopt and implement to be successful in their organizations. The common theme throughout the book is salvation as shown in all Biblical examples and scripture. After reading this book one would know to allow God to be captain and planner of their life. This book also includes a workbook section where leaders can record their own personal notes and journal on leadership tips and project management concepts. Get on board!
