For over 25 years, the core focus of his work is to help leaders champion their core values, develop the people they lead, and drive greater results in their life and leadership. Chad and his wife Liz are a blended family, blessed with ten grandchildren and five children, and love to spend time with family, traveling, sitting on a back porch, having fun, and encouraging couples to build stronger marriages.
