About the Author

Kirk L. Rogg, Ph.D. � Dr. Rogg is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and directs the leadership assessment & development practice within Aon�s Talent Solutions Consulting Group. He currently leads the design and development of executive education and development programs for numerous Fortune 100 clients and pioneered the development and use of virtual assessment centers. Kirk also enjoys his work as an executive coach and leading consulting teams to design and deliver talent management solutions for organizations such as Dell, , Motorola, Sprint, Yum Brands!, McDonald�s, Ford Motor Company, Toyota Motor Corporation, the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), and the U.S. Department of Labor. Kirk lives in the Kansas City area with his wife of 18 years and three daughters. Donna Greenwood, Ph.D. � Dr. Greenwood is a behavioral and organizational scientist, a former college professor, and currently a principal with the Executive Planning Group. Clients have included the U. S. Army on many leadership policy, research, and training projects, the Federal Aviation Administration, Fortune 500 firms (i.e., Sprint, Bayer AG, American Express), state and local agencies, and consulting firms, including Aon Consulting. She brings value to projects with her blend of quantitative, project management, and facilitation skills, coupled with her knowledge of business management, human resources, leadership, and business psychology.
