Leadership Lessons: Things I Wish They'd Told Me

Remember your innocent, starry-eyed visions of ministry back in the day? How everything was going to be perfect and all unsaved souls were going to come to the saving knowledge of Christ under your preaching and mentoring? What happened to that vision? Reality, that's what! There were lots of things you didn't know before accepting the calling on your life.

After over one hundred interviews with pastors, Leadership Lessons: I Wish They'd Told Me addresses many of those things and aligns them with Scripture to help you cope (and realize that you are not alone). Written for the church leadership, Bishop Webb exposes the actuality of ministry in its many complex flavors. You will walk away knowing that God knew what He was doing when He called you to the pulpit and that He will be with you through every hurdle and disappointment.

Appearing on the Jim Bakker Show, Daystar, CBN, TBN, TCT, The God Channel, and DirecTV, Dr. Ron Webb is a "Pastor of Pastors," and a prolific writer, speaker, teacher, and the pastor of the Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. His ministry focuses on restoration and racial reconciliation.
