About this title

Synopsis

During more than 30 years of working with a “who’s who” in agriculture, hospitals, academe, and the military, Ritch Eich has learned first-hand that leadership success often requires “extra innings.” There are no shortcuts to becoming a great leader, but the journey can be incredible. In this book, he shares the lessons he has learned from a lifetime in the trenches. Through a collection of 40 insightful and easy-to-digest essays, Ritch provides readers with practical ideas for leading in a constantly changing and challenging world.
