They develop high impact teams in a variety of industries for companies like Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Oracle Corporation, Ernst & Young, and Northern Light Technology and many others. They've coached teams through acquisitions, new product development projects, large-scale business application initiatives, and culture change initiatives. Together, Cynder and Rachael coached over 100 organizations and individuals in the past 20 years. Cynder and Rachael are both faculty members and co-developers of the Coaching Business Teams teleclass for Corporate Coach University. In addition, they are both graduates of and faculty members at Coach University, they are Master Facilitators for The Coaching Clinic and they are among the first to be certified as Professional Certified Coaches by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
