Professor Dr. Patrick Low is the Dean, Faculty of Construction Technologies, Infrastructure and Management, KazGASA: Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering and Director of Scientific Center and Kazakh American University/ International Educational Corporation, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Prof Dr. Low is also the Visiting Professor (Human Resource Management) in the University of the South Pacific.
