Brock Husby, Ph.D. , is a Lean consultant, speaker, & researcher and was an Associate Vice President at Baylor Scott & White Health, where he was an integral part of the deployment of a holistic Lean approach, including system-wide training, projects (A3, VSM, Lean Layout, and Kaizen), Hoshin Planning, foundational and advanced tools, and an extensive deployment and maturation of Lean management systems. Brock was also a Process Assurance & Corrective Actions Engineer for the Space Shuttle Program at the Kennedy Space Center and a Technical Assistant at Car and Driver Magazine. Brock holds a BS.E., MS.E., and Ph.D. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
