About the Author
Vlado Baban is the Director of Axcel Consulting, a Lean Office consultancy firm based in Australia that assists organizations to streamline high-volume information and technology processes. Vlado has a degree in engineering and a masters in business, specializing in deploying Information Technology solutions. Vlado has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the USA and Europe, deploying innovative solutions in complex office environments. Vlado graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), in Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship (AGSE), at Swinburne University of Technology. Matt Smith is currently Director of Operations for Innovative Computers in Belleville, Michigan. Matt has extensive experience in VB.NET, C++, ASP, PHP, XHTML, MSSQL, MySQL, Java, Javascript, Perl, Ubuntu Linux, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Windows 95 through Windows 7. Doug Fertuck is Principal of Fertuck Enterprise Directions, LLC, a consultancy that services small to large corporations developing and implementing major changes in strategic and operational directions. Bob Angeli holds a BS and MS degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. Bob s career spans work assignments with General Motors, Prince Machine, and Genzink Steel.
