Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle is the CEO and Fabrice Bernhard the CTO of Theodo, a leading technology consultancy they cofounded and scaled from 10 people in 2012 to 700 people in 2022. The company was featured in the "FT 1000: Europe's Fastest Growing Companies" and "Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA" rankings and has been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label every year since 2015.
