Dr.Sivakumar Naganathan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. He obtained his Ph.D from University of Malaya, Malaysia. He has vast experience in academic as well as industry. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Institution of Engineers (India), and a member of ASCE.
