Learning Assessment: An overview of instruments and techniques for classroom assessment.

The assessment of learning is a process that seeks to determine the degree of learning of students at a given moment. This assessment can be carried out at different levels, from the initial level to a higher level.Learning assessment can have different objectives, such as identifying the level of knowledge acquired by students, measuring learning progress, identifying strengths and weaknesses of students, providing feedback on the teaching-learning process and making decisions about future teaching.There are different types of learning assessment, such as diagnostic assessment, formative assessment and summative assessment.It is important that learning assessment be objective, reliable and valid. Objectivity refers to the results of the assessment being independent of the subjective judgment of the evaluator. Reliability refers to the assessment results being consistent and reproducible. Validity refers to the evaluation results measuring what they are intended to measure.
