Suzanne Weixel is a self-employed writer and editor specializing in the technology industry. Her experience with computers began in 1974 when she learned to play football on the Dartmouth time-sharing terminal her brother installed in a spare bedroom. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 1981 with a degree in Art History. In 1984, after a series of jobs which included stints in the advertising department at Inc. Magazine, and as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at International Training Systems, a now-defunct developer of interactive educational training courseware, she wound up in the advertising department of ComputerWorld Newspaper. The following year she moved to the editorial department as the New Products Editor. In 1988, Suzanne left ComputerWorld to begin working full time as a freelance writer and editor. Since then, she has written, co-written, or edited more than 40 books, primarily for the technology education industry.

Jennifer Fulton, iVillage' s former "Computer Coach," is an experienced computer consultant and trainer with over 20 years experience. She is also the best-selling author of more than 100 books covering areas of computing including Windows, Office, and computer repair. Scott M. Fulton, III is a veteran author, editor, programmer, and artist with 27 years of experience in the field of computing. As one of Computer Shopper magazine' s original editorial team, he introduced North America to Corel Draw, and has written many books and articles on the subject of graphic art and design.

Faithe Wempen, M.A., CompTIA A+ (Noblesville, IN), has been teaching PC hardware and software architecture at Purdue University for over a decade. She has written over 140 retail, trade, and academic books, including A+ Certification Workbook for Dummies, PC Maintenance: Preparing for A+ Certification, and CompTIA Strata Study Guide Authorized Courseware. She is also a Microsoft Office Master Instructor and the author of many popular Microsoft Office books including Word 2016 In Depth, PowerPoint 2013 Official Academic Course, and Office 2016 for Dummies At Work. Her online courses for corporate clients such as CNET, Sony, and HP have educated over a quarter of a million students.
