Indera has written over 30 books on software topics including Crystal Reports, Power BI Tools for Excel, Dashboard Design, SQL Server Reporting Services, ACT! and Tableau. Dr. Murphy has held a variety of positions including technical writer, programmer, course developer and project leader.
