About the Author
As a result of working with excellent doctors and living a "clean" lifestyle, Kristina has been happily cancer-free ever since.
This experience taught Kristina that life is too short to postpone following your passion. She decided to share The Vail Diet--the name she and her husband John coined to describe their treasured Colorado lifestyle--through her website and health coaching practice.
The Vail Diet focuses on eating real, nutrient-dense, high-quality food; reducing exposure to toxins in both your diet and your environment; being physically active; and incorporating your own unique approach to spirituality into your life. Kristina's story appeared in the March 2014 issue of Prevention Magazine. She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in July 2014 and will continue her nutrition education for the rest of her life.
