8vo (9"x6"). Green cloth-covered boards with giltstamped title to spine (in tact, fairly bright), topedge gilt (bright), deckled edges. Covers rubbed, spotting from color-loss. Light edgewear, especially to spine extremes (corners lightly rubbed). A few faintly soiled spots to covers. Pages toned, no foxing. Title page starting to crack at front hinge. Penciled notes to rear pastedown ep. Covered in seller's mylar, no dj. as issued. So-called "deathbed" edition, technically a later printing of the 7th edition. Seller Inventory # 4041
