About the Author:
Elizabeth Kübler-Ross is a medical doctor, psychiatrist, and thanatologist who is known for her work with children and AIDS patients and is credited with bringing the hospice movement to the United States. She is the author of On Death and Dying, On Life After Death, and The Wheel of Life. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. David Kessler is a leader in the field of hospice care. He is the author of The Needs of Dying and A Question of Intent.
