4 vols. White linen spines over cream softcover bindings, black titles on front of each volume. Slight fraying to spines, penciled old price on front of each volume. Each volume includes a series of lessons (Professional Astrology I - XXIV; Sabian Astrology I - XXVIII; Theosophical Astrology I - XXV; Directional Astrology I - XXIV). Extensive note taking and underlining to Professional Astrology. Only a couple of scattered marks in the text of Theosophical Astrology. No marks to the other two volumes. Early astrological work from Jones, who was in the process of attaining his Divinity degree at the time these lessons were compiled. Jones said that he, "had a rather low opinion of the normal pattern of astrology as largely fortune-telling, predicting events, but here I suddenly discovered that I had hold of something. So I began organizing this material into what I called laws." His influence remains woven throughout the discipline to this day. Scarce titles. Size: 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
