Original staple-bound tan printed wraps 13 x 17cm. 12pp in closely spaced small font. The printer’s code indicates 15,000 copies were printed by H&S (Harrison and Sons) in November 1914. Good only, creased and spotted, with Keith Simpson’s name in ink to the top edge of the title page (possibly the military historian) and some sidelines and underlines in ink. Very rare, with 3 locations on Worldcat and Jisc (Durham University, University of Calgary, Canadian Museum of History and Canadian War Museum).
